Let's Start Caregivers | Let's Start Youth Group | "Stories of Hope" | How can I help? | Partnerships | Let's Start the Bus

The Let’s Start Caregivers Group began in 1997. It was formed to offer support to caregivers- grandmothers, aunts, and friends who care for children while their mom is in prison or using drugs. It is unique in that it is coordinated by women who are caregivers themselves.

Caregivers of these children face a number of challenges: housing, legal services, and behavior and emotional issues. They are faced with overwhelming demands which often leaves them feeling alone and frustrated.
